An exciting new role has come up at well established, expanding surveying practice in Tonbridge for a career minded, qualified commercial practice surveyor. The role is coming about due to the retirement of another surveyor so there is an existing book of clients to take over, manage and develop.

What makes this a unique opportunity is that the equity partner on the commemrical team is looking to move into a chairman role and as such they are looking for you to come in an be mentored into taking over the commerical function at the two offices they have. They are keen to expand so this role will suit somebody that is looking to develop their career and their management skills.

In the medium to longer term there is certainly the opportunity to become a director which in turn will come with the opportunity to have an equity stake in the overall company.

valuations of commercial buildings and land

rent reviews

development work

planning

As well being degree qualified (ideally RICS qualified) they are looking for somebody who has already got some experience in this area.
