A small independent Broker based in North London and formed nearly twenty years ago is looking to hire a Commercial Account Executive. They are currently experiencing quick growth levels and pride themselves in relationships and delivery of an excellent unparalled service.

The position is to specialise in commercial, property and personal insurance as well as Marine Cargo, Credit/Political risk, Public/ Product Liability, Director and Officers Liability.

Deal with all customer enquiries via phone and email. Retain customers looking to cancel policies. Build relationships from quote to policy with all customers. Advise customers on claims and policy updates. Develop business from new leads and prospect enquires.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) previous use of Acturis would be an advantage but not essential but must have Industry experience with a good knowledge of the various markets the company operates in especially industrial businesses.
