Capio Recruitment are proudly partnering with Adler Fairways Insurance Brokers, who after considerable growth and success have some exciting Commercial Account Handler opportunities in the Newbury area, following the business moving into new premises in January 2024. They are looking for up to three Commercial Account Handlers to join this new and exciting office.

Adler Fairways are a fast-growing business which has seen significant growth over the last 4 years, growing to GBP60million premium and 150 broking staff, becoming a top 10 privately owned insurance brokers who have been successful in organic growth and have made a number of successful acquisitions.

For this role, this could be advancing as a technical commercial handler, moving into a more senior or managerial role or even progressing into an account executive position.

Responsibilities:

Due to there being a number of exciting positions available Adler Fairways, they can tailor the role around your specific experience and capabilities.

As a commercial account handler, you will work in a dedicated commercial and technical internal team. You will handle a wide range of clients from SME through to large corporate clients with large premium spends.

Dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business you will work closely with clients and account executive staff, with freedom to build relationships with a wide range of insurers on the open market, you will provide excellent service and quality of care, tailored to your client's needs.

Experience:

Ideally you will come from a Commercial Insurance broking background in a similar role

You will have good commercial knowledge ideally across a range of industries and products

Good communication, negotiation and organisational skill with a good eye for detail
