You have a strong background working within a Dye House environment and be able to analyse and record controlled colours.Responsibility for all colour work on site, including ongoing projects and developments of specifications and recipes.A relevant educational background in a relevant field, such as Textile Technology, Material Science and Chemistry.Ideally, you will be 6 Sigma trained.You will be highly analytical and be able to use data to highlight issues and create full recipe explanation for all controlled colours.As an efficient multitasker, you will be able to juggle a range of work, including reports, meetings, emails and practical examinations.With a keen eye for detail, you will be confident when challenging faults and issues, and find the most efficient solutions. About the role

The position will involve managing a team of 6-8 people, as a trusted manager and advisor, you will guide projects to run as efficiently as possible.Quality management will be key, you will be handling all processes in line with ISO and BS standards.You will use data to consistently handle processes and quality control throughout the site.Handling colour systems and ensuring all data is updated and correct.Consistently assessing and highlighting technical and mechanical constraints.You will be required to run monthly stock valuation of all wash and dyehouse consumables and run reports, present and attend meetings. Identify best SOPs for employees to follow to ensure production is consistently running accurately and smoothly.Highlight cost analysis on dyes, machines and control advancements. About the Company
