Collections Advisor - Hybrid working, 1 day office, 4 days home
up to 26k DOE
Based in Rochdale
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Collections Advisor to make the transition into a more varied recoveries role. This role is 50% phone based and 50% administration and will require you to work autonomously (with support) on a your own assigned case load of pre-litigation files. You will take on and manage recoveries cases that are progressing to legal action, assessing the customers circumstances and liaising with solicitors to ensure a smooth transition and the best level of service and care for the customer.
Prior collections experience is required in this role however prior legal experience is not.
