The Role:

As a Collections Advisor you will be speaking with customers over the phone to understand their individual financial circumstances. Your specialist focus will be customers in arrears and your role will be to find the best possible outcome for them, to change their lives for the better. You'll need to make sure to understand everyone's circumstances, display empathy throughout calls, and ending the call with a positive outcome for the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing telephone-based support and guidance to customers via inbound and outbound callsEmpathising and engaging with customers, getting them to tell their story and explain their situationFocusing on the customers' needs to supply solutions in a professional and friendly mannerKeeping a variety of internal systems up to date
