We are recruiting for a CNC Miller/Saw Operative to work for a highly successful business based in Stourport on Severn.

Our client is the is the largest manufacturer of what they produce in the UK. We are known around the world for the robust and modular design of our products specifically developed to be highly configurable and modular. In support of this you will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate and monitor assigned machines including CNC Milling Machine (Mecal 4 Axis) and an Adison Saw although operation of other machinery will be required as necessary.

The main duties will be:

" Setting up the machinery for operation.

" Ability to work in fast-paced environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices.

" Operate various pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

" Experience in a manufacturing environment essential.

" Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.

" Conducting quality checks.

" Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively

" Ability to read and understand technical drawings

" Work in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

" Basic computer skills

" Ability to use hand and power tools

" Attention to detail

" Ability to work well in team environment.
