We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for precision machining and the ability to program jobs unaided from drawings using Heidenhain control, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently program jobs from drawings using Heidenhain control.Program jobs incorporating 4th Axis for enhanced machining capabilities.Load machines with vices and fixtures to ensure accurate and secure workholding.Load tooling with correct offsets for optimal machining results.Efficiently upload programs to streamline the production process.Run jobs to completion, meeting our exacting standards for quality and precision. Working Hours:

38 hours per week.Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm.Friday: 8.00 am to 2.30 pm. Flexible Hours:

We understand the importance of work–life balance. As such, we offer flexible hours at the start of the day:

Monday to Thursday: Start at 7.00 am and finish at 3.30 pm.Friday: Start at 7.00 am, work through lunch, and finish at 1.00 pm. Overtime:

Overtime is available at the discretion of management and is paid at time and a half for any hours worked beyond the standard 38 hours per week.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator.Proficiency in programming with Heidenhain control.Ability to program jobs with 4th Axis.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high–quality work.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
