Location: Portsmouth

Salary: Pay: GBP16.00 p/hr + 25% Shift Premium

Hours: 48hrs (4 x 12hr Shift) OR 40 (4 X 10hrs Shifts)

Job Role:

Optima are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/ Programmer to join our Precision Manufacturing client based in Portsmouth. The CNC Machinist/Programmer will be responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine, maintaining equipment and supplies.

Candidate's check list:

Experience in 5 axis or 3 axis experience

Experience in Heidenhain

The candidate must be self–motivated and driven.

Must have high attention to detail

Full training will be given as they use in house machines.

Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment

Good communication skills are also essential
