Key responsibilities:

Setting and running of CNC machines

Working with Manufacturing Engineers to program-prove, prove tooling packages and new processes.

Basic editing of CNC programs.

Working with the quality team to identify any quality issues.

Carry out any data capture required to improve process capability and control.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in CNC machining (Milling and / or turning and / or Mill-Turn) of high precision products from a variety of materials and forms.

Demonstrated experience in a high value, low volume mechanical manufacturing environment.

In-depth knowledge of Fanuc controls

The shifts rotate between days, evenings and night shifts so it would be ideal for someone who is comfortable working at night.
