Our client, a charity organisation is currently looking for a Clinical Services Manager to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

As a Clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the assistance programme for the charity.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager with a Psychotherapy qualification and a passion for transforming lives through therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the clinical operation processes and liaising with board of trustees and advisory committee over its impactCollaborating with internal and third party clinical teams to streamline service delivery processes such as referrals and whistleblowing reportsConducting regular training and seminar sessions for clientsEstablishing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholdersRequirements

Recognised qualification in Psychotherapy (BACP or equivalent)Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role in Clinical ServicesStrong understanding of therapeutic interventions and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPark Street People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
