Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal ExecutiveLocation: Remote with occasional office attendance in the North WestSalary: Up to GBP45,000My North West client, an established law firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor for their friendly, supportive and structured team, where will be able to contribute to a friendly and collaborative work culture from the comfort of your own home.Responsibilities:As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast track and multi–track clinical negligence files. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Conducting detailed investigations into clinical negligence claims.Assessing the viability of claims and advising clients on potential outcomes.Collaborating with medical experts and professionals.Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary.Providing empathetic and professional support to clients throughout the legal process. Requirements:We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a focus on Clinical Negligence.Proven experience in managing a caseload of fast track and multi–track clinical negligence files.Strong analytical and investigative skills.Excellent negotiation and litigation abilities.Compassionate and client–focused approach. Work Environment:This is predominantly a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy.
