We are recruiting for a Qualified Solicitor to join the Clinical Negligence department of an established Law firm in Surrey.

What are the day–to–day duties of the Solicitor role?• Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from the outset, dealing with pre–litigation and post–litigated matters.• Dealing with varied Clinical Negligence multi–track cases and complex cases.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 5 years of PQE) with experience dealing with Clinical Negligence matters.• Excellent communication skills
