Job Title: Clinical Negligence Lawyer (East Anglia Remote)

Salary: Up to GBP50,000 per annum plus benefits

Location: Remote Ad-Hoc visit to clients in region when required

A remote role with a leading Claimant Personal Injury Law firm as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, supporting and guiding clients in the East Anglia region through their claims; from the initial contact to conclusion whilst maintaining high levels of organisation, compassion, empathy and thriving under pressure. Cooperative synergy between Lawyers and support staff is integral to delivering exceptional services.

Ultimately, the Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be joining an expanding legal team within a Law Society Accredited firm, managing a case load of approximately 50 Clinical Negligence Files, mainly within the region - developing relationships with new clients, medical experts, and counsel. You will be tasked with running cases from commencement to settlement with the potential to pursue claims in litigation to trial.

Responsibilities Include:

Running cases from commencement to settlement, making full use of the case management system.Managing a case load of approximately 50 Clinical Negligence files.Assisting with the vetting process of new claims.Potential to pursue claims in litigation to trial. Essential Experience Required:

Proven experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.Excellent time management and organisational skills - thriving under pressure.Initiative and dexterity of thought: for cases of varying complexity.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as a team.
