Position: Clinical Lead

Location: Huntingdon, PE28

Working Hours: 36 hours per week

Salary: 24 per hour, Paid breaks

Time Recruitment are currently recruiting a Clinical Lead for our client's excellent learning disability facility based in Huntingdon. Our client is a family-run care company with a mission to provide the highest standard of person-centred care to all residents across their 30+ homes and services. It is an exciting time to join them, with plans for expansion over the coming years and therefore excellent opportunities for professional development.

The home is a small service with 9 beds. It largely caters for learning disabilities, behaviours which challenge and complex, high needs and boasts a Good CQC in all areas.

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of care and driving positive improvements to enhance the well-being of both staff and residents. You will be responsible for all clinical aspects within the service and lead the multi-disciplinary team from the front.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs.

Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment.

Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.

Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in learning disabilities and complex needs care.

Requirements:

A valid NMC Pin

Experience working with Learning Disability/Mental Health/Complex Needs
