In this role you will be central to helping us advance this ambition by ensuring our client/tenant voice informs our decisions, service design and quality of service performance monitoring.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating and running initiatives which engage and empower Southdown's client and tenants, in turn fostering active client/tenant involvement, and ensuring services are shaped with their voices, lived experiences and priorities in mind.Ensure Service areas respond to customer complaints and feedback with timely and meaningful responses and that Service areas learn from complaints and feedback.Support the realisation of our Client/Tenant Voice Strategy and Framework across Southdown, developing and delivering initiatives, systems, processes and ways of working that enable best practice in client/tenant engagement and involvement approaches and over time a transition to more client/tenant codesign and coproduction.
