We are excited to be offering the opportunity for a Client Services Director to join their established office in London.
The ideal candidate will have advanced experience using Relativity. This position will be remote based out of London.
The Client Services Director will be responsible for the strategic growth of a portfolio of key clients, taking the operational lead for all issues, championing clients' interests internally and ensure they receive the highest levels of delivery around technology, administration services and professional services.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Spearhead client engagements, ensuring superior service delivery, solving complex challenges in tandem with client objectives.Nurture and expand existing client relationships, and forge new connections within the legal, corporate, and governmental sectors.Oversee a dedicated team of Associate & Senior Project managers and other eDiscovery professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and client-centric innovation.Craft strategic proposals that encapsulate client needs, showcasing our distinct competencies and visionary eDiscovery solutions.Interface harmoniously between clients and the technical team, translating requirements into actionable plans, ensuring projects are executed proficiently, on time and within budget.Cultivate a deep understanding of the latest advancements in eDiscovery technology, staying ahead of industry trends to advise clients proficiently.Engage in proactive communication with clients, delivering regular updates and being the trusted go-to for all eDiscovery matters.
In this role, the Client Services Director will need to a be a well-rounded individual who is technical, has consultative and client facing experience, and is a strong leader who will be hyper focused on ensuring the client service delivery of action items is impeccable.
Skills & Qualifications required:
A bachelor's/ Masters degree in Law, IT, Business Administration or related fields.A minimum of 8 years of experience within the eDiscovery sector, with at least 3 years in a client-facing leadership role.Profound understanding of eDiscovery technologies and workflows, coupled with a broad perspective on the legal and regulatory landscapes.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to foster enduring client relationships, with a track record of expanding client accounts and achieving revenue milestones.Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced and ever-evolving challenges faced by our clients.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.With a culture that values innovation & teamwork, our client offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth in a supportive and collaborative environment.
