We re proud to be supporting our Cirencester based client to recruit a Client Satisfaction Manager on a temporary 3- 6 month contract. Playing a crucial role in supporting and leading a team and liaising with senior stakeholders, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment for a FTSE 100 company.
Offering GBP15 per hour and hybrid working, this is a full time temporary contract with working hours of Monday Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.
As a Client Satisfaction Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Logging all survey responses on Salesforce to maintain a comprehensive audit trail. Producing weekly management information reports on response volumes and feedback themes. Updating and managing the documentation of the survey process, including key roles and contacts. Building strong relationships with various business areas to ensure seamless client service delivery.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Proven experience in managing a team, particularly in high-volume workflow environments. Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Salesforce, Teams, Zoom, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
The Role:
As Client Satisfaction Manager, you will lead the Client Reporting Team who provide Client Survey support as part of the Annual Wealth Account report run. You will be instrumental in providing feedback to senior management and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
