Your responsibilities include managing day–to–day client relations, transactional tasks, and supporting Financial Consultants. You will aim to provide an 'only client' experience, ensuring professionalism and excellence in every interaction.Key Objectives of the Client Relationship Manager: Efficiently handle client enquiries, treating each client as the only client.Proactively manage day–to–day tasks, transacting cases, and supporting consultants and clients through the application process.Liaise with providers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Work to FCA–approved standards, ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines.Competently use various software packages for data entry and monitoring of the company's client database.Work under pressure, prioritise workload and deliver exceptional service to meet client expectations.Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through regular communication.Coordinate and implement office procedures in collaboration with the Head of Wealth Management.Manage incoming and outgoing posts, book meeting rooms, and assist with office tasks.Open and close the office as required.Prepare refreshments for client and company meetings. Demonstrated Qualities: High personal motivation, organisational skills, and ability to manage workload.Willingness to undertake exams to enhance knowledge within the Financial Services industry.Understanding of the wealth management industry and standard business processes (preferred)Flexibility and approachability under pressure.Proactive, tenacious, and initiative–driven.Effective communication at all levels.Collaboration with team members and management.Learning mindset with the ability to receive and implement feedback.High professionalism in delivering client service excellence.Relationship–building skills in line with the Group culture and strategic objectives.
