A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities Include: Managing key client accounts and maintaining contract performance. Keeping clients updated on contract progress. Handling client queries via email and telephone. Generating and chasing approval of quotes. Building and nurturing positive client relationships. Preparation of KPI reporting and participation in client meetings. Overseeing new client account mobilization. Ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders. Updating internal and customer systems.Desired Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar customer service role or senior hospitality position. Understanding of client requirements and expectations.
