Due to continued success, our Northampton based client are seeking bright, ambitious individuals to join and add value to their friendly team.Their bright and modern offices are on the outskirts of Northampton with easy access and free parking. This financial services organisation has gone from strength to strength over the last couple of years, and they offer a promising future for the right candidates. The Client Relations Executive will be responsible for answering initial client enquiries on the telephone or through webchat. They will qualify client information quickly and pass on to the relevant Sales Team members and Account Managers.This position often involves being the first point of contact for new clients to the business, so it is imperative that the successful candidate has an excellent and engaging telephone manner and communicates with confidence and professionalism. This role offers a clear and structured progression path for the right candidate.

Answer incoming calls and webchat messages, screening and directing to the Sales Team where appropriate

Assist, with development and training, with complaints handling and complaints resolution matters;Assist with obtaining Trustpilot and Google reviews from customers;Managing and maintaining an excellent client experienceContact inbound leads, qualifying the opportunity and progressing along the right channels Skills and experience:
