WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role plays a pivotal role in driving BCG U's success in client programs in the EMESA region. It will operate across functions , and business products within the region to ensure we are able to help our clients build strong capabilities in the areas of engagement. You will be supported by and directly manage a client program manager and together you will be a strategic and operational partner for our clients ensuring successful program management and long-term relationship building.
You will oversee and contribute yourself to the end-to-end program delivery by the client program management team. This work encompasses alignment with the client on the program schedule, the onboarding of learners, the coordination of trainers, periodic sharing of dashboards & analytics report, collecting feedback on the program, driving completions and program success in collaboration with the client. You and the team will work closely with multiple teams in and outside BCG U in delivering successful programs, e.g., the content team, facilitators, the platform team etc. In particular, you will take care of the management of legal and contractual affairs related to our delivery work and have a commercial and financial overview of individual programs.
As Client Program Sr Manager you will implement guidelines, processes, and tools to help the regional team manage client programs, address all learners' queries and provide them timely and appropriate support. You will keep a close watch on each program to proactively identify and mitigate any operational issues, and initiate course corrections as needed in collaboration with the team. You will continuously evolve the way we manage our programs, develop proposals for increasing efficiency, and ensure scalability across regions.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data speaking to the success of our programs (individually and collectively) and to develop suggestions for program management innovations for the BCG U Leadership Team with the goal of continuously improvising our programs and making them more robust.
The Client Program Sr Manager will support the development and the leadership of the global Client Program Management Team, composed of Client Program Managers and Coordinators. This includes the development on of a team building strategy and a plan to scale and deploy the team as BCG U's business expands, including creative ways to manage our Trainer cadre (BCG U and vendors).
Externally, the Client Program Sr Manager will have to build a strong rapport with clients, learners and business partners. Internally, this will have to be complemented with effective leadership and communication of/to the Client Program management team, the BCG U Leadership Team, Consultants, and BCG functional teams to drive overall program success and meet desired outcomes.

Adapting flexibly to changing requirements in a fast growing business environment YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Minimum 8- 10 years' experience in relevant business Experience/exposure to digital learning, Edtech preferred Consulting Experience (sr. Levels, e.g. Project Leader) a plus but consulting mindset a requirement A strong interest in talent and upskilling Demonstrated Project Management Expertise. Strong ability to successfully plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Team building and management experience Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong command of the English language. Additional language (e.g. German, French) a strong asset Analytic mindset and ability to translate insights from data to actionable recommendations Advanced skills in PowerPoint, MS Excel, Word Relevant educational qualifications such as a graduation degree Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change
