Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, liaising with other members of the team to ensure both annual and statutory reporting is completed to the highest of standards in a timely manner. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice, insight and analysis where required. You will form long–lasting relations with your clients and help them achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities:
Engaging with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunitiesActing as the primary day–to–day contact for a portfolio of clientsAnalysing key performance indicators and providing informed reporting on risks, opportunities and variance analysisReviewing statutory financial statements and supporting audit processesCollaborating with various departments on client matters and identifying opportunities for offering additional products or services to clientsAssisting with portfolio allocation, time management and budget monitoringEmpowering and education junior team members The successful Client Manager will have:
