Who are we looking for?

The Client Delivery Manager will take full responsibility for ensuring all projects are fully resourced, stock is managed and projects are completed on time, to budget and to the client s satisfaction. The Client Delivery Manager will be the project leader and main point of contact for manufacturers and the client, building relationships in order to proactively manage the project.

To succeed in this fast-paced role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, and a strong team player, key skills for the role include:

Excellent IT skills MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Full understanding of stock and warehouse management Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a small team Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests and tasks Ability to quickly understand the requirements of the role systems, stock details etc. Being a team player willing to get stuck in and help set the project up for success Strong organisation skills with an excellent eye for detail Solutions driven able to investigate and be tenacious to see a situation through to a resolution Positive attitude, resilience in a fast-paced environment What does my new role look like?

Working on our helpdesk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our field team meet and exceed client expectations. You will support your colleagues by:

Being a point of contact for the manufacturers and client Ensuring all inbound deliveries are booked in accordingly and allocated to the correct locations Managing a small team of warehouse operatives (approx. 2-3) to ensure 100% accuracy of kit picks ensuring triple check process is delivered Ensuring all picks are completed on time to schedule for transport pick up Ensuring all delivery paperwork is accurate and ready for delivery team Ensuring accuracy of stock file to ensure we can check we always have enough kit through the programme Liaising with transport company to ensure vehicles are on time and loaded correctly Liaising with transport so access for vehicles is arranged Making arrangements for any compliance picks and sending to regional depots What do I get in return?
