Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and guidance to team members- especially new startersHelp and resolve queriesPrepare ahead of any meetings scheduledConstantly keeping up with industry updatesMake sure the system is kept up to date with reliable and correct dataManage own workloadSpeak to clients and support with any questions they haveMaking sure all correspondence is dealt with in correct SLAEscalate any issues when needed
Requirements:
Highly organisedConfident to contribute new ideas to the teamStrong Attention to detailPrevious experience using Microsoft systemsManage a high work load with tight deadlines
