A new opportunity has become available for an individual with a passion for retail and exceptional customer service, to join a luxury boutique as a Client Advisor. Working alongside an enthusiastic team you will be providing tailored service to each individual client while building lasting relationships.
This permanent position requires 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including weekends. Offering GBP24,000 to GBP25,000 per annum and a quarterly bonus is also offered reflective on company performance.
Duties of the role:
Strive to achieve excellent sales and performance results.Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store, keeping in line with Visual Merchandising standards.Support the preparation and process of completing inventory.Provide an impeccable customer experience to all clients.Use the CRM to collect data and encourage customer loyalty.Utilise a range of selling techniques suited to the client, learning and adapting the sales process to fit the needs of the client. Previous experience in luxury retail and an international environment.Have a passion for retail and the brand, keeping up to date on all trends and industry news.Show excellent customer skills.Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.Be willing to develop and adapt to the brands requirements.Work well in a team and in fast-paced environments.
