Premier Work Support is partnering with a very well established, leading firm of solicitors based in Gravesend, recruiting a permanent Client Administrator, to supporting the management team in day to day tasks relating to all aspects of new clients.
Duties involve:
Delivering an exceptional level of customer service across all Legal departments, understanding client enquiries: providing friendly and knowledgeable information regarding the Firms services via telephone and website enquiriesInputting client data into a database system with the highest level of confidentiality, safeguarding financial and personal information to avoid breachesLiaising daily with Legal Advisors and Assistants regarding client enquiries, assisting Legal Advisors with opening client files, performing conflict searches and preparing estimates of fees for services Produce monthly business development reports to review client activity and identify opportunitiesEssential:
Attention to detailAdministration experience The ideal Client Administrator will have great attention to detail and be articulated in handling enquiries.
The role is 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
