Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings regularly with a focus on delivering excellence in customer service across a diverse client base.Contribute to or support the preparation of self-assessment, bookkeeping records, management accounts, year-end accounts, payroll, VAT, and statutory accounts as needed.Liaise with external entities and promptly assist clients with inquiries.Utilize the collective knowledge and support of colleagues to assist clients in effectively using accounting software packages.Work closely with clients, offering advice on a wide range of general accountancy issues.Develop contacts and foster relationships with new and potential clients.
