Inspection of privately rented properties. Carry out stock condition surveys at of occupied private rented dwellings. Re–inspections to ensure all non–compliance issues are resolved. Liaising with the Administration team who will book your appointments. Report writing and documenting photos, submitted on bespoke system. Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Relevant work experience. Knowledge of the current Building and Housing Regs 2019 (standards for rental houses) Outstanding attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office. Driver's licence.
