JOB TITLE: Cleaning Supervisor
LOCATION: North London / Wembley, Neasden and Enfield areas; East London/Hainault area

PAY RATE: GBP12.95 per hour
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Problem solving operational support as directed by SCM (senior contract manager)/SOM(senior operations manager). Multi skilled and flexible this role will at time cross over from operational support to administrative support with a major focus on staff welfare and engagement being a pivotal part of the role. Resolving FQMS noncompliance support, re briefing, coaching and with a can-do attitude ensuring standardisation across group lines is achieved. An agile and flexible approach is a key responsibility as this role will involve communication across several stakeholders. SCM holiday/absence cover will be a key responsibility and form a path into the SCM position with a development plan running adjacent to day-to-day responsibilities for the successful candidates. Staff management liaison support ensuring that new starters are fully inducted into ABM and their journey from post interview through to successful completion of probation is as seamless as possible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To attend to various sites to implement LEAN actions, and find solutions for failing FQMS attributes as directed by the SOM. Be innovative in fault analysis and fault resolution and engaging with site based staff for the practical solutions. Supporting employee elated administrative work such as return to work meetings with team members, including recording of relevant data on TMG (team member gateway platform). Employee relations support, such as note taking and/or supporting and conducting various informal and formal meetings in line with company procedures. Liaise with relevant stakeholders on the newly recruited staff, track, and licence/Area A/PTD attendance. Hold briefing sessions as required. Cover in the absence of SCMs. Liaise and organise the FAST team into most productive areas, ensuring they are adequately supervised on site. Conduct ad hoc stock take at the request of the GM. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Literate, numerate and competent with Microsoft outlook, TEAMs, word, excel, PowerPoint, and power B I will be a necessity. Outgoing and with good communication skills the ideal candidate should act with great integrity and humility and always live the ABM values, challenging others, speaking up when necessary and a good listener with a flexible can-do attitude, willing to develop themselves and others.
