Menzies Distribution are looking for an experienced HGV/LGV Class 1 Driver to join us, providing a first class service with our team in Oldham. You ll be undertaking the delivery & collection of product on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its customers.

Shift Pattern: 4 Night shifts on & 2 Night shifts off Over 7 nightsHours: 37.33 Hours = 8 hour shift with 45 Minutes Paid BreakOvertime AvailableSalary: GBP16.50 Per HourParking available onsiteMonthly pay HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

Comply with all Driver hours and Road Transport Directive legislationFeedback to the office on any issues around loading, unloading or delaysMaintaining safety and security of loads at all timesKeep in regular communication with both customers and colleagues to update on progress and manage expectations effectivelyDrive in a safe and responsible manner, as we value the communities we serveCarrying out necessary checks to ensure vehicle is safe and legalEnsure the vehicle is loaded safely and within the legislationAll deliveries reach the customer safely, efficiently and on timeComplete daily vehicle checks, both pre and post-shiftKeep an accurate and honest record of all vehicle checks Driver Requirements:
