Stride Resource Management are Currently recruiting for a Claims Technician within the Lancashire area. The Position is a Hybrid role with the successful candidate required to work in the office at least four days a week.
The role is handling Commercial claims with a speciality within Construction.
You will be required to
To service clients claims & ensure they are dealt with promptly and that the client is provided with the best advice. To liaise with Insurers/loss adjusters, Directors/Corporate Brokers/Account Executives and other members of staff on clients behalf to ensure that the best settlement is obtained.Attending client meetings to discuss claims and meeting with loss adjusters where required. Logging new claims & reporting to InsurersLiaising with clients to update them on progress liaising with Directors/Corporate Brokers/Account Executives and Account Handlers to keep them updatedProducing accurate claims MIChasing Insurers for updatesObtaining a fair settlement on clients behalf keeping accurate records for client visits The Ideal Candidate will
