We're currently looking for enthusiastic Claims Officer who is focused on customer service & customer experience. The role will deal with all claims fairly and promptly for the claimants and in accordance with FCA regulatory requirements.Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing Financial Service client who are offering you the following:Salary – GBP27–30k + company benefits (Hybrid working pattern Monday to Friday) Who are we looking for? You will be required to personally handle all aspects of the Customer's Claims process, liaising with Consumer, internal teams, and external stakeholders as necessary.Communication (Email, Telephone, business workflow systems)Ensure all claims logs are updated accurately and on time to support the business processPlan, organise and prioritise your workloads to meet agreed business service levels Assess the customers set of circumstances to each case assigned and be as fair as possible.Liaise with the customers, keeping them informed of the ongoing progress of their case Required: Experience in Financial Service claims handlingWe are looking for strong communication and interpersonal skillsExtensive customer service experience within a contact centreAnalytical skills, attention to detail capabilities, the ability to maintain accurate records on business CRMWorking knowledge of UK FCA policies, regulations, and industry FS standards Please share your CV
