You'll be responsible for speaking with customers across travel or motor or home insurance queries. You'll be responsible for taking customers on a journey throughout their claim with this company. You must have good customer service experience within an telephone based role.
Full time: You will be working a number of different shifts depending on which department you are working in. These range from a rotational shift pattern working Monday to Sunday between 7am - 9pm (including bank holidays) (8-hour shifts, 5 days a week) You will be working 3 days a week from home once your training is finished (2-4 weeks). You MUST live within commutable distance to Redhill, Surrey.
This is a full time permanent role but you must be able to start early November.
