This is an exciting opportunity for an award–winning company.Your new roleYou will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and resolving all complaints and enquiries and offering a smooth customer journey from start to finish. You will follow up on any ongoing claims. You will answer questions regarding insurance policies.What you'll need to succeedYou will have excellent written and verbal communication, and have an excellent telephone manner. You will have experience in claims handling or customer service and will have an eager and helpful approach towards customers. You will be confident taking phone calls and be able to solve all customer enquiries.What you'll get in returnYou will work Monday–Friday 37.5 hours a week, 9am–5:30pm with 1 in every Saturday. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, you will receive 21 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
