Our Client, a growing Insurance Brokerage, is looking to recruit another experienced Claims Handler to work in their busy and successful department.

You will be working with many clients and will be involved in all stages of the claims process from first notification to settlement.

As Claims Handler, it will be your responsibility for providing exceptional customer service and relationship management for your clients.

Your responsibilities as a Claims Handler will include: -

Pro-actively handle claims within a delegated authorityReview and maintain accurate reservesWork collaboratively with the claims teamWork effectively with external suppliers, Insurers and Loss AdjustersManage workloads and diary effectively to comply with SLA targetsBuild and maintain lasting working relationships with clientsProvide market leading customer service at all timesLiaise with Insurers on non- delegated claims on behalf of clients To be successful in the role of Claims Handler you will demonstrate the following:

Claims handling experience - experience of Commercial Property claims would be beneficialExcellent communication and customer service skillsPro-active attitude to challenging work
