Sacco Mann are recruiting for a claims handler to join a leading law firm based at their office in central Leeds. The role would suit a claims handler with upwards of 2 years' experience handling a caseload to include pre–litigated ELPL claims.

Responsibilities:

Handling your own caseload of pre litigated employers liability, public liability and property damage claims from the point of instruction through to settlement.Assessing liability and quantum issues.Drafting correspondence and dealing with client and third party phone contact.Negotiating settlement up to the value of GBP50,000. Requirements:

Upwards of 2 years' claims handling experience, ELPL experience essential.Confident in running own cases from instruction to settlement. What's on offer?:

Salary between GBP23,500 and GBP29,000 dependent on experience.
