Medical Claims Assessor / GBP350 – GBP400 Per Day Umbrella / Contract / Full time / Fully remote Our client, a global and well recognised insurance company are seeking experienced Claims Assessors to join their team. The right individual will have experience of medical and financial claims assessments across a range of various product lines.Role and Responsibilities: Manage individual protection claims from initial notification all the way through to final settlementAsses claims in line with company policy and conditionsLiase and communicate with relevant parties to obtain information in relation to claimsBuild and maintain relationships with service providers and aim to resolve appeals and complaintsDaily contact with customers and service providers both over the phone and in writingProvide excellent customer care and support to customers when they need it mostWorking across Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, TPD, Business Protection and Wavier of Premium.Dealing with high claims authority limits Essential skills: Experienced within medical and financial claims assessment across a range of product linesBe educated to GCSE standard or equivalentBe a confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writingHave a passion for customer serviceA "can–do" attitude and the ability to manage a heavy workloadExperience in high claims authority limits Package: GBP350 – GBP400 per day Umbrella 3 month contract with full scope for extensionFully remote Medical Claims Assessor / GBP350 – GBP400 Per Day Umbrella / Contract / Full time / Fully remote
