This role will require an individual with excellent administration and processing skills as well as being passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This position, located in Liverpool, is GBP22,050 per annum.

Salary and Benefits for a Claims Advisor:

Taking ownership of all inbound communication and excelling against customer service level expectationsManaging a portfolio of policyholder's total loss claims through to settlementEnsuring thorough chronological record keeping of all activity within file claim notesIdentifying fraud indicatorsMaintaining effective diary management to reduce settlement time Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Advisor:
