KPI Recruiting are supporting with the recruitment of a Warranty Claims Advisor to join a well-known, reputable firm based in Cheshire. The organisation is recruiting due to growth, with continued future expansion plans. Meaning plenty of opportunities for you to develop with them!

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have previous experience working within claims management.
Key Duties:
Managing inbound calls and emails relating to Warranty claims and queriesCollating evidence and data from customers and making decisions whether to accept or reject the claim based on terms and conditionsSupporting the assessment of repairs between the values of GBP0.01 - GBP1500 and management of responses via internal systemsInvestigating claims, liaising with repairers, dealerships and technicians and ensure that all repair requests are processed accuratelyManage the end-to-end resolution of a repairSupport consumers with repair requests, updates and changes to their policies, end to end via telephone and emailLiaise with the approved repair network personnel, along with policy holders and independent assessors to support repair administrationBook in repair work utilising an online systemAdminister and review the necessary documentation to support the maintenance repairsMaintain accurate records of all warranty submissions, actions, and outcomesMaintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation Key Skills Required:
Previous claims management experience is essential Experience of investigating claims and making decisions based on information gatheredExperience working in a service department/warranty support roles desirableExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAttention to detail and good problem-solving skillsWell organised and passionate about providing a great serviceProficient on systemsAbility to work to KPI sEnjoy a varied role and learning new skills Company Benefits:
