BSc or BEng or equivalent in Civil engineeringOn track towards gaining Chartership4 years of working within a design office environment in a Civil Engineering ConsultancyComprehensive technical understanding including of industry standard design software (roads and drainage)Experience of working in highways and drainage with understanding of Design Manual for Roads and BridgesKnowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Microdrainage is preferredCompetent at designing to current standards, including up to Local Authority standardsStrong interpersonal communication skills as well as written communication The Role

This role will contain you preparing feasibility studies, detailed pre and post planning designs as well as undertaking surface and foul water designs and deliver highway drainage principles. You will also be producing technical documents, supporting with project delivery, and assisting with the managing and development of the team.
