What you will be doing:

Leading CI projects across all areas of the site.Identifying and driving the implementation of best practiceCoaching CI project owners to deliver projects.Identifying and defining projects which are aligned with the site and wider group priorities.Collecting and analysing dataLeading site CI training activitiesWorking closely with the CI Manager and senior management team to develop and implement CI action plans.What you will need:

Experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in utilising Lean and CI tools and techniquesA technical/engineering or business-related qualification is desirable.A recognised Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement qualification such as a Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.What you will receive:

A salary of up to 35,000 + pension (matched up to 8%), potential bonus, etc.

The working hours

Working hours are either 8am-4:30pm (with a 1 hour lunch break) or 8am-4pm (with a half hour lunch break) Monday to Friday.

The client is happy to consider candidates who have been a process technician, production technician, CI technician, production supervisor (with some form of six sigma qualification, graduate engineers (with relevant some post-graduate experience in industry), etc.
