New, never used. I bought 2 of these, exactly the same for a double fronted house, but moved before I had them put up. They are no longer suitable for my new house type and so selling at a reduced price. They can be attached to the wall, but also come with a stand/stakes so can be put as part of a display on the lawn etc.
