Your new role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for: Ensuring the health and safety of the young people is maintained Promoting and encouraging independence Actively promote and develop learning whilst participating in programmes & activities Working as part of a team and creating a positive, safe and enjoyable atmosphere Organising activities What you'll need to succeed
Be a compassionate and caring individual with a genuine passion for caring for others. Be creative Be flexible and reliable Relevant experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Driving is desirable but not essential. What you'll get in return
