Hays recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a national organisation , who are looking for experienced child-care workers to join their team to offer support for children with emotional behavioural difficulties within their children's homes, with both Warrington and Liverpool locations available.
Your new role
Supporting children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties. Aiding in aspects of daily support such as emotional and educational support. Carrying out care plans commissioned by the Local Authority for each child. Carrying out domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning. Building strong relationships with colleagues and care users to promote caring childcare practises, develop the independence and build the self-esteem of the children and young people. Day and night shifts available. 39 hours per week. What you'll need to succeed
Communicate effectively and be a genuinely caring and thoughtful individual, Previous experience working with children. What you'll get in return
