If you are, then the role of Chief Operating Officer at YMCA Trinity Group gives you the chance to lead an operational staff team offering programmes across Cambridgeshire & Suffolk.
We are a team of over 300 staff delivering Housing, Youth Programmes, Mental Health Support, Health & Fitness and Childcare, plus a large hospitality venue with a theatre, conferencing, retail units and a busy pub.
You ll work with a skilled team to ensure thriving, sustainable & growing activities that deliver positive outcomes to all of our clients.

We are a local charity that has been at the heart of community transformation in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk since 1852. Our services provide opportunities for all young people, whether they re facing difficult and challenging issues or simply looking for a new direction. We deliver our programmes across the whole of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.
In 2014 YMCA Trinity Group merged with The Cresset which became a trading subsidiary of the charity.
Skills and experience you will have and be able to demonstrate the following qualities;
Understanding of change management & organisational development Knowledge of Safeguarding/Protection from Abuse legislation and practice Substantial experience in a housing and/or Youth & Community related organisation Substantial experience of management & leadership, including being able to lead and motivate others Experience of development of policy, strategy and standards and be able to think strategically and have planning and analytical skills Experience of budgetary/management control Preparing & delivering reports at a senior level Ability to travel independently throughout YMCA Trinity Group

Days and hours YMCA Trinity Group believes that this is a full time role, but would be open to discussions on how this might be delivered on an alternative basis. You may be required to work regularly out of normal working hours i.e. before 9.00am and after 6.00pm and at weekends.

Salary & benefits Annual salary GBP78,000. Additional benefits we offer include.
