SF Executive have been retained by a significantly sized (double digit EBITDA) services and contracts business in Cambridgeshire to recruit a commercially and strategically minded Chief Financial Officer.

As right hand to the CEO you will shape and drive the organic growth plan of this organisation as well as ensure that opportunities for M&A are maximised.

This is a chunky PE backed business with a sizeable workforce - we really need someone who has already held a CFO role in larger PE backed business, ideally in the people / services / projects space.

Given the success you'll have had in your previous roles, you'll probably have led some kind of PE exit process to trade with an EV in excess of GBP50m. We would consider candidates who have led sizeable exit processes for privately owned businesses.

Whilst you wouldn't need to be in Cambridge every day, there would be a requirement to be in the office 2/3 days a week - we need candidates that can accommodate this comfortably.

Suffice to say the role will offer an interesting package and attractive equity upside.
