They host a large amount of events including weddings and conferences. I am currently recruiting for a passionate Chef de Partie to assist the Executive Chef to run the kitchens enabling the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service.

What we would LOVE from you:

Fresh food background at Chef de Partie level, working with high quality products.Previous experience within a similar role and environment such as AA Rosette or Michelin backgroundPassionate about food and loves to create.Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders with suppliers.Interested and want to know more?
