Chef de Partie
This modern-day boutique grocery store group with in-house Cafes in its 2 North London branches has a vacancy for a full time Café & Deli Chef to work in the kitchen. Menus include breakfasts, light lunches, teas, coffees and snacks and the kitchen also makes and bakes for the Deli counter. The menus change regularly so there is plenty of room for new ideas.
Required skills and experience:
Previous experience in a similar kitchen
Well organised, clean & tidy
Good cook to order experience
Current Food Hygiene Certificate
This position might suit an entry level chef or cook with café/brunch experience who is comfortable interacting with the public on the Deli counter and is happy working in a small team. You must be prepared to work in both kitchens as needed.
40 hours a week, daytime only
£12-13 an hour, meals on duty, company pension scheme
