To season, cook and plate dishes from our menu in a timely and visually appealing
manner.

To maintain a schedule for staff members, instructing and assigning tasks to all
kitchen staff.
•
To liaise with the Manager with ideas of dishes to be added to the menu to keep the
menu fresh.
•
To ensure that health and safety regulation is adhered to by all staff members in the
kitchen.
•
To interview, hire and train kitchen staff to their designated areas.
•
To be responsible for the daily operations of our busy kitchen.
•
To oversee the preparation, cooking and packaging of all dishes.
•
To purchase foods or ingredients as required ensuring that all purchases come within the
company's budget.
•
To maintain i.e. clean and sharpen kitchen tools regularly.
